Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your order within 14 days fo the delivery or collection date, there will be no refund issued if the balance has been paid.
Should an emergency occur on the part of Petite & Oh So Sweet in which your order cannot be completed, your payment will be refunded in full.
If you are unhappy with the products taste or quality, you must contact Petite & Oh So Sweet within 24 hours of collection/delivery, so we may assess the situation.
Payment Policy: A 50% non refundable deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your order. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, your order is not confirmed. The balance is due 24 hours prior to your collection date (unless advised otherwise, i.e., weddings the balance is due one week prior).
COVID-19: If your event is disrupted by COVID-19 we will endeavour to accommodate your booking by rescheduling your order if possible. However, if it is not possible, freezing instructions will be provided. Please note, the cancellation/refund policy noted above is still valid in regards to COVID-19.
Should COVID-19 affect our household, which results in your order unable to be completed, your payment will be refunded in full and I will do my best to find an alternative baker to help with your order.
Pick Up Policy: Pick up is from Bunbury. Our address will be provided upon confirmation of your order. Pick up day and time will be agreed upon. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes after your scheduled pick up time. Should something arise that prevents you from picking up at the agreed upon time, please let Petite & Oh So Sweet know so other arrangements can be made. No refunds will be issued for orders that are not collected at the agreed upon time.
Pick ups are weekdays or Saturday mornings. No collections Saturday afternoons or all day Sundays.
Delivery: Delivery is available upon request and pending availability. Cost will vary depending on location.
Damage After Pick Up: Petite & Oh So Sweet hold no responsibility for your order once it is in your possession. While transporting your order, it will need to be kept in the shade, your air conditioning on cool and kept on a flat surface.
Changing an Order: Changes to an order are done solely at the discretion of Petite & Oh So Sweet. No changes will be accommodated with the 72 hour window prior to collection.
Allergy Warning: Petite & Oh So Sweet is a registered kitchen with the City of Bunbury and follows all guidelines for avoiding cross contamination however, Petite & Oh So Sweet products contain, may contain or may have traces of Wheat, Eggs, Peanuts & Tree Nuts, Soy, Dairy. The client agrees to notify guests of the allergen risk and will not hold Petite & Oh So Sweet accountable for any allergic reactions to product.
